What can I say? One hears so many horror stories about renovations gone wrong- ours was a complete joy! Home Team's work at our home was performed very efficiently and in a most timely and professional manner. The windows are beautiful and have drawn many compliments.
Bob, Bill, Shawn, and Bruno were all hardworking, knowledgeable, on time (every day) and had a great sense of humor. Shawn especially is an excellent carpenter and he worked with speed, skill, zero attitude, and endless good grace. Dealing with him and Bruno was a pleasure.
Rick and I were very pleased with the windows, the gutters, and the rest of the remodeling. Everyone from Home Team was friendly, professional, and helpful. We would be happy to recommend their services to our friends and neighbors, and have already done so.

After a month of busy activity, we are now enjoying the benefits of the family room "update" you did for us this summer. We wanted to thank all of you again for the great experience and the wonderful result!
From the first day of meeting Bob Riley and talking about what we hoped we could do for our family room, we felt that HTR was a good fit for us and we are very happy about how it has all turned out. The room is lovely and just what we wanted, all done within a budget we were comfortable with. In our initial meeting, Bob was extremely knowledgeable about what costs and issues we could expect to incur, he explained company policy very well, and the written proposal was exactly in line with what we discussed beforehand.
We really appreciated having the chance to meet the people who eventually did the work on the "updating." Bob called and brought Bill Doherty by, and Bill brought along the lead carpenter, Reinaldo, the plumber and electrician ahead of time so that when the work actually started, we knew who the people and trucks were that were showing up.
Our lead carpenter, Reinaldo, was a perfect fit for us. He was friendly, knowledgeable and reliable. He would always let us know ahead of time what kind of work to expect the next day or so and always made sure everything was neat and secure when he left. We also met carpenters Brian and Shaun; we appreciated having a set of friendly people we recognized and got to know a little over the course of the project. Even though the project was "your job," we never felt that we lost control of "our house." We also appreciated the fact that the other people contracted to do work and the suppliers (electric, plumbing, Colum from EyeTile, Roma Tile) coordinated everything so well.
This was our first experience of having a company do remodeling work (although it surely won't be the last!), and your company has set a very high standard for how things can be done. We won't hesitate to tell people we know about our positive experience with HTR. Kathleen and Dan
We hired Home Team Remodeling in 2005 to build a 3-story addition and kitchen remodel. They took great care in making the remodeling process as painless as it could be, and made sure that any changes in project scheduling did not delay the overall schedule. As it turned out their projected completion date was accurate to within a week, which is apparently unheard of in major construction jobs.
Because of the excellent customer service and attention to detail, we've since gone back to HTR for two more projects. Not only are they great at what they do, but hiring them gives us the confidence of knowing that things will get done exactly as planned, on time and on budget. Yuki
We wanted to let you know how pleased we are with the work HTR did when building a master bathroom and closet for our bedroom.
The entire process, from initial meeting to pre-construction review to the final product was designed to make sure we were all on the same page, all understood exactly what was expected, the timeline and the costs.
Our lead carpenter did a wonderful job of keeping all of the work on track. He was responsive when there were issues and communicated clearly and often with us as the project progressed.
Best of all, I am pleased to say the project turned out just as wonderful as we'd hoped, and not only on budget but ahead of schedule. I don't think that's something that clients are often able to say about their contractor. Roberta and Rick
