HTR Custom Home Comes Full Circle
Before construction began on this home, plans for it had to circumvent Chestnut Hill's historical regulations and zoning restrictions, which don't allow homes to be knocked down and rebuilt. In order to comply, the homeowners were required to leave some of the original walls of their home intact, before the building their new home could commence.
Previously, we've posted three stories about the home here on HTR's Project Notebook, with short videos & photos, from the beginning and middle of the project, if you'd like to see how it progressed:
Now our client's new home is complete and we have some lovely photos of the project to share with you.
Come on in for a glimpse of the inside!
The family room
The master bath
And finally, the view of new back exterior.
